• You can browse and build layover plans without an account.
• We use the cities, locations and times you enter to find places, travel times, weather and events.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. We only use cookies and browser storage the site needs to work.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@stewytravel.com.

Information you give us:

• Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are not stored by us in readable form.
• Layover details: cities, starting and return locations, dates and times, travel mode, budget, return buffer and interests you enter in Explore or Plan.
• Saved items: layovers, roster entries and places you save while signed in.
• Messages: what you send to the on-site assistant or the "Send us a message" form, and any email address you leave so we can reply.
• Forms: booking-assistance requests and partner enquiries, including the name, email and trip or business details you provide.
• Feedback: when you mark a suggestion as Helpful or Not for me.

Information collected automatically:

• Browser storage and cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in, saving your current trip draft, and remembering your assistant chat. You can clear these in your browser settings.
• Basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• Which suggestions were shown or selected, used to improve recommendations.

We don't use your device's GPS location. Locations come from what you type or select.

• To provide Stewy: find places, estimate travel times, show weather and events, and build and save plans.
• To run your account and keep it secure.
• To reply to messages, booking-assistance requests and partner enquiries.
• To improve Stewy, including how recommendations are ranked.
• To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

AI features: "Plan with AI" and the on-site assistant are powered by AI services provided through our platform provider, Endpointlabs. The text you type into these features is sent to generate a response. AI suggestions can be wrong, so always check times and details yourself.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Stewy, and only what they need:

• Endpointlabs: the platform Stewy is built on; also provides our AI features and sends our emails.
• Google Maps Platform: place search, photos, travel times and maps (the locations and places you search for).
• Ticketmaster: events data (the city and dates you're looking at).
• Open-Meteo: weather (the location you're looking at).
• Neon: our database and sign-in provider (account details and saved items).
• Vercel: website hosting (technical logs).

When you follow a link to a venue, partner or booking site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Stewy and its users.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide the service, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and associated data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

• Delete your account: email support@stewytravel.com and we'll delete your account and data.
• Browser storage: you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we'll help.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No online service can be completely secure.

Stewy is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Stewy is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll provide notice on the site.
